Moving Hosts
So, after a few years of running my own server, I have finally given up and moved daniverson.com to a hosted setup. The server has been a fun hobby of mine and great way to learn about setting up email/web server.
Over the last few months, Comcast hasn’t been playing friendly so I have had to give up and move daniverson.com off-site. On the good side, I can turn off the energy sucking server that has run the site for a few years. The room where my server sits is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. Maybe my electricity bills will go down next month…
There may be a few bumps in the transition - I’m just doing the move on the fly. As I find the bugs I’ll get them fixed.
